Mrs Jo Taylor
Mrs Jo Taylor is the Practice Manager. She works between both RHS Admin Hub and AMC site.
If you have a complaint or would like to share any good news, please put it in writing for the attention of the Practice Manager and this will be dealt with according to the Practice Protocols. Likewise, if you have any suggestions about how the Practice would benefit, please also send this in and it will be brought to the attention of the Practice’s Patient Participation Group which hold 6-8 weekly meetings.
The Reception teams from both merged practices work together and together combine a vast amount of experience which is offered to our patients. They provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
Receptionists work very hard at providing our patients with the best care possible and we ask that all patients treat our staff with respect. Any information given to any member of the Surgery staff will be treated CONFIDENTIALLY. You may speak to them any time during surgery opening hours of 8.00-6.30pm.
